FRIENDS of PĀTAKA was established to celebrate and support the Gallery. FRIENDS are provided with a range of special opportunities while at the same time supporting and heralding the work of the Gallery. The FRIENDS group provides a background for the enjoyment and understanding of the range of exhibitions and activities that PĀTAKA presents.

Becoming a FRIEND. The gallery benefits all who visit but as a FRIEND you have the opportunity to become more closely involved with PĀTAKA’s exhibitions. Talk to the artists, attend special exhibition previews and floor talks, and meet others who share your passion for arts and culture in Porirua City.
