The title of the exhibition how you hear me refers to the  multiple cultural practices of the Pacific and the traditions and concepts of these islands. Consider how certain “ways” have been classified as Art externally and produced universal perspectives on the symbolism of the Pacific. But what does it mean to you as a Pasifika person? It it these deeper associations that each artist explore in this exhibition.  ~ Naawie Tutugoro
