  • The Last Interpreters

Featuring works by Sanjay Theodore, Edith Amituanai, Carolin Casey and Tanu Gago, this exhibition presents their unique interpretations as they negotiate the increasingly complex cultural landscape of New Zealand. As the impact of globalism becomes part of the everyday and the ethnic mix continues to alter, it is the perspectives of these individuals that signals a changing worldview and highlights an amplified awareness of the country they live in.

    26 March – 4 May

    Calder and Lawson Gallery, Waikato
