  • Pasifika Internship Program 2017

Tautai is delighted to open applications for the fourth year of the Pasifika Internship Program.  This program aims to develop future Pacific arts managers and leaders, support Pacific arts infrastructure, and establish pathways for emerging Pacific practitioners to build their arts management skills.  The Pasifika Internship Program is funded by Creative New Zealand and delivered by Tautai.

We are now inviting applications from suitably qualified, hard-working, enthusiastic and determined people who are serious about forging a career in the arts.

Three internships are available to arts practitioners across all disciplines who are keen to build their experience in arts administration.

Applicants must have a tertiary qualification and/or minimum of three years continuous experience working within the arts.  The internships are paid and will run for 20 weeks, working 40 hours a week.  The 20 week placement needs to be completed between February and December 2017.

Once confirmed, Tautai will work with the selected interns in order to endeavour to secure placement with the host organisation or industry of their choice within Aotearoa New Zealand. Tautai also provides ongoing additional support to the interns throughout the program.

If you have any questions about the program or your application, please email Tina Pihema at tautai@archive.tautai.org

To apply for the Pasifika Internship Program, please email your cover letter and CV to tautai@archive.tautai.org before 25 October 2016
